ok house estate agent Koh speaking. a good house requirements are good owners of course. without good owners, a super expensive house will look like it's worthless. whereas, if a cheap house meets its good owner, it will look priceless.
besides good owners, furniture does alot too! don't be fooled by the "spacious" bedroom. with a queen size bed, a wardrobe, and perhaps a dressing table, you're only left with a path to walk to your bed and sleep. of course. a house without furniture is not called a house at all. its term is "space". so get the differences? in this post, i'll post some pictures of a house without proper furniture. so stay tune to tml post of a house with furniture!(well, maybe)

err. living room. with the sofa. and check out my metal door(please translate to chinese. i think the term for english is grill door or sth that looks like that)

nice comfy sofa there. makes you feel like falling asleep there doesn't it! haha. imagine. lying on that comfy sofa, with soft breeze brushing against your face. marvellous!

next on, living room too, but is the other side. the side with the tv. well. no tv yet. only the console.

then of course, is the kitchen. thats where the yummy stuff comes from=))

well. it IS messy. haha. what do you really expect anyway.

lastly, for the grand finale, my room of course! looks quite spacious, with a beautiful view of mount faber. but with the bed and stuff, seriously, no space at all! haha i like the green paint on my wall=))

aha. so thats all for today. im posting late because i received shocking news that i gotta hand in my article for GP on monday. too shocking must rush a little bit. so thats all for today! stay tune for housing estate agent Koh in the future!
