okay i've decided! to write more profoundly. err hopefully of course i can get myself thinking when i read my posts again=)) wait for the not so profound one, my daily experience of course! haha today, went bowling with the 2 blackies and 1 beauty and guess what! the erm beauty almost headed the bowling ball(what is it called?)!! lol her fingers got stuck at the holes and almost almost hit her head. got us laughing lyk crazy. uh-huh. then i finally finished the height chart cross stitch for mrs cheah's daughters!! goodness. tho wont have time to make any more christmas presents, but finishing that giant cross stitch gave me a sense of achievement=))
Holes or Not
okay. earholes are not a thing for ladies only. even men with earholes wont be deem as sissies nowadays. Fashion statement among teenagers: more is good. more is cool.
perhaps, people might actually compare the number of earholes each has and use em as a measurement on who is cool who is not.
some time back, i remember everybody stashing more and more earsticks into our earholes making them more prominent, bigger. some kids out there in the streets even have holes that can fit a fiftycent coin!
compared to the past, seriously, time HAVE changed and we're really growing up fast.
in the pasts, earholes are indeed only a priviledge that ladies can get to enjoy. if a man has an earhole, it must be according to some traditional beliefs that having earholes will ward off evil spirit. surprisingly, my grandpa actually has an earhole!! i think it's to ward off evil spirits. but if translated from teochew, my grandma says my grandpa's mum(my great grandma) was afraid that the ghost will crush my grandpa. but it's only a direct translation. super inaccurate. imagine that. LOL.
